This policy explains how Koah Pools handles information submitted through our website and how we use website analytics and advertising measurement.
Information you provide
When you request a pool consultation, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, pool-property address, project timing, project ideas, and text-message consent. We also receive information you choose to provide by phone or email.
How we use information
- Respond to your request and discuss a potential project.
- Schedule consultations and support the sales and project-planning process.
- Send requested email or text follow-up consistent with your choices.
- Protect the website, prevent spam, and troubleshoot delivery problems.
- Understand which marketing and website experiences produce useful inquiries.
Website measurement and privacy choices
The website asks whether analytics and advertising-measurement tags may store or use data on your browser. If you choose Allow measurement, Google Analytics and related Google advertising measurement may process information such as page visits, general device and browser information, referral source, and privacy-safe website events. If you choose Necessary only, those storage permissions remain denied.
Koah's browser analytics events do not include your name, phone number, email address, property address, or free-text project description. Necessary security services, including Cloudflare Turnstile, may still operate to protect the consultation form.
Service providers
Koah uses service providers to host and protect the website, store accepted inquiries, deliver email, support office communication, and measure website or advertising performance. These may include Cloudflare, Resend, Google Workspace, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments while providing services to Koah.
Sharing and retention
Koah does not sell pool-consultation information. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the website, respond to inquiries, secure the service, and measure approved marketing. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for business, security, recordkeeping, and legal purposes.
Your choices
You can decline website measurement from the privacy notice or reopen Privacy choices in the website footer to change your selection. You can also use browser controls to clear stored site data and make a new choice. Text-message consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can contact Koah by phone without consenting to automated texts. Reply STOP to an automated Koah text to opt out.
